The Stripes confirmed the signatures of forwards Arianna Del Moral and Francesca Chircop. The Owls confirmed the recruitment of Katelyn Falzon, while Valletta announced Phoebe Ellul, Kady Zammit, Jaia Farrugia and Leona Ballante Farrugia to their squad.

Birkirkara’s Recruits

The Stripes formally announced the signing of twenty-four year old American Arianna Del Moral. She joins following two seasons with Minnesota Aurora FC. Del Moral already impressed in her first outing with Birkirkara against Lija Athletic where she was deployed on the wing. She came off the bench at half-time to contribute an assist to fellow recent signing Edith Garcia Falero.

The club also announced the recruitment of Francesca Chircop, who makes the switch from Mgarr United. Chircop is a well known goal threat in the Assikura Women’s League, whose tally of forty-three goals in forty-four matches gives an indication of her goalscoring abilities. However, the forward also contributes with her support play, which she showed in her debut against Lija Athletic when setting up Marta Grosso for her hattrick.
