Hibernians’ coaching setup for the upcoming season has started to take shape with continuation under Kenneth Costantino’s leadership. Mgarr United boosted their coaching setup with the return of Ray ‘Mundu’ Vella, while Swieqi United announced the departure of Mandy Caruana.
Hibernians’ Coaching Setup Taking Shape
The Paolites have confirmed that Kenneth Costantino will continue leading the senior women’s team next season, having taken over the team from Keith Gouder last January. Ian Cachia also retains his place as assistant coach, as well as the coach of the U19 team.
Similarly, Sharon Costantino will be continuing in her position as the Goalkeeper’s coach, having also returned to the field during last season due to the injuries plaguing the team in the goalkeeping unit.
Likewise, Glenn Mizzi will be continuing his dual role as Team Manager and Media Officer for the women’s team, having added the former duties during the course of last season.
On the other hand, the club announced that Brenda Muscat will not be continuing as the Strength & Conditioning coach for the side. The club is yet to announce a replacement.
Ray ‘Mundu’ Vella Returns With The Greens, Mandy Caruana Departs Swieqi
Having announced the majority of their coaching line-up in recent weeks, Mgarr United have boosted the setup with Ray ‘Mundu’ Vella. The Greens announced his return to the club on a ‘Technical Coach’ basis, having also had a seven year spell in the past with the club.
On the other hand, Swieqi United announced the departure of Mandy Caruana who served as Academy Coach in the past.
